During his last days on earth, Jesus instructed his disciples to go and share the Good News, to advance the mission of His Church. That reponsibility is alive and is ours today.
Through "Advancing the Mission" Catholics are being asked to prayerfully consider how God is asking them to renew and grow their Church; the plan is for a transformational repsonse that inspires people to a deeper involvement in and commitment to their parish communities and the Church as a whole. In one word a deeper call to Stewardship.
To help this happen five initiatives have been identified.

The Advancing the Mission campaign was a tremendous success, particularly in teaching stewardship as a way of life based on prayer, service and sharing.
I am excited to see in the coming years the benefits this campaign will have in our parishes, schools and the Diocese as a whole.
I am grateful and inspired by the deep faith and generosity the people of northeastern Wisconsin have for the Church.
